What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end planning, execution, and scaling of the diagnostic chain, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader goals and vision.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, patient care, and efficiency across all centers.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Business Growth and Profitability: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business expansion, improve financial performance, and increase market share.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, healthcare providers, patients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all diagnostic centers adhere to industry regulations, accreditation standards, and operational best practices.


What you’ll need:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role in healthcare, preferably with a focus on diagnostics, medical services, or healthcare operations.
  • Track Record in Healthcare Operations: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale healthcare operations, with experience in diagnostics and medical technology being highly desirable.
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required.
  • Medical background (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, or any equivalent) or a specialized healthcare qualification will be an advantage.
  • Financial and Business Acumen: Strong expertise in business strategy, financial management, and P&L oversight, with a solid understanding of healthcare industry economics.
  • Deep Understanding of Healthcare Regulations: In-depth knowledge of local and national healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and quality standards.
  • Innovative Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and implement forward-thinking solutions that address both operational challenges and patient needs.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, doctors, employees, and external stakeholders.
