About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Program Management team within the CEO Office. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects or programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive project/program plans, including defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
● Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
● Manage project/program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
● Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
● Monitor project progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and manage changes effectively.
● Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
● Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
● Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to track project progress and manage tasks. Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in science/technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
● Proven experience in project/program management, preferably in the software or financial services industry.
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
● Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
● Ability to lead and motivate teams, driving project success.
● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
● Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is preferred.
