We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing brand accounts, creating engaging content, and driving measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to strengthen our digital brand identity and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goalsManage and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)Plan and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) in collaboration with design and content teamsOwn the social media calendar—plan, schedule, and publish content consistentlyMonitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to leverage new opportunitiesManage community interactions—respond to comments, messages, and audience queriesTrack performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reportsCoordinate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaigns and collaborationsMaintain brand voice, identity, and storytelling across all channelsRequirements3-4 years of proven experience managing social media for brands/agenciesStrong understanding of content formats, platform algorithms, and engagement best practicesAbility to plan and execute social media campaigns end-to-endExperience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)Strong copywriting and communication skillsCreative mindset with an eye for design and storytellingAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategiesProactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyGood to HaveCanva, Basic video editing or short-form content creation skillsExperience with influencer marketingUnderstanding of paid ads and performance marketing basicsKnowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentalsWhat We OfferA dynamic, collaborative work environmentOpportunities to lead creative campaigns and build impactful brand presenceGrowth opportunities and learning supportCompetitive compensation
