Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Formulation and Marketing Specialist with expertise in Roaming, 5G, and Network technologies. This role will be responsible for developing, launching, and marketing new telecom products and services that leverage our advanced network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, product development, and strategic marketing, with a focus on innovative solutions in the Roaming and 5G space.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Formulation:

  1. Lead the end-to-end product development process for new telecom products and services, focusing on Roaming and 5G technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, network operations, and IT to design and implement product specifications.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Define product features, requirements, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer demands.


Market Analysis and Strategy:

  1. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
  2. Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans for Roaming and 5G products.
  3. Monitor and assess competitor products and strategies to ensure our offerings remain competitive and differentiated.


Product Marketing:

  1. Create compelling product marketing materials, including product briefs, datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
  2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer retention.
  3. Work closely with sales teams to provide training, support, and tools to effectively sell and promote our products.


Customer Engagement and Support:

  1. Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure product satisfaction.
  2. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to key accounts and partners.
  3. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, regulatory bodies, and technology vendors.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  1. Track and analyze product performance metrics, including sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share.
  2. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on product performance and strategic initiatives.
  3. Identify and implement improvements based on performance data and customer feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product marketing within the telecommunications industry.
  • Expertise in Roaming, 5G technologies, and core network infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing telecom products.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international roaming agreements and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and standards related to 5G.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software.
