We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development and management of our gaming company within the Information Technology (IT) department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for iGaming and a strong background in product management, with experience in overseeing the development and enhancement of iGaming software and platforms.


Responsibilities:


  1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our gaming products, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the gaming industry. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and roadmap.
  3. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming products that meet user needs and business requirements.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game developers, designers, engineers, QA testers, and marketing teams to drive product development and launch activities.
  5. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, define user stories, and create detailed product specifications.
  6. Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and market demand. Define and maintain the product backlog.
  7. Release Planning: Plan and coordinate product releases, including sprint planning, release scheduling, and coordination of release activities across teams.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and product performance.
  9. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release schedules to stakeholders, including senior management, development teams, and external partners.
  10. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of iGaming products through effective QA processes, testing strategies, and bug triaging.
  11. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as adherence to security best practices in gaming product development.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  2. Proven 3+years of experience in product management, preferably in the iGaming industry, with a track record of successful product launches.
  3. Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, technologies, and trends, with a passion for gaming.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  6. Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  7. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  8. Knowledge of software development processes, including software architecture, design, and testing.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
