Product Manager

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the development and management of our gaming company within the Information Technology (IT) department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for iGaming and a strong background in product management, with experience in overseeing the development and enhancement of iGaming software and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our gaming products, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the gaming industry. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and roadmap.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming products that meet user needs and business requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including game developers, designers, engineers, QA testers, and marketing teams to drive product development and launch activities.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, define user stories, and create detailed product specifications.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user feedback, and market demand. Define and maintain the product backlog.
- Release Planning: Plan and coordinate product releases, including sprint planning, release scheduling, and coordination of release activities across teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and KPIs, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and product performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, and release schedules to stakeholders, including senior management, development teams, and external partners.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of iGaming products through effective QA processes, testing strategies, and bug triaging.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as adherence to security best practices in gaming product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven 3+years of experience in product management, preferably in the iGaming industry, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, technologies, and trends, with a passion for gaming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Knowledge of software development processes, including software architecture, design, and testing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
