1. Coordinate with customers for the installation at their site and regular training.

  • Understand the customer requirements
  • Obtain feedback from the customer
  • Maintain Participant list

2. Major trouble shooting at site.


  • Register complaints immediately and allocation of Complaint number
  • On time Updation customer complaint register
  • MOM signed off by customer
  • Updation of complaint status in complaint register and feedback to customer on status based on MOM

3. Conducting customer service survey


  • Identify customer and carry out plant survey as per plan
  • Competition seal conversion and / or seal upgrade from single to double OR double wet running to ECS, 2015 BG promotion
  • Organizing Service Blitz to compile and update on product installations
