Our services include road trips, trekking expeditions, corporate trips, and customized tour packages. On our trips, we ensure hassle-free traveling, top-notch accommodation, and guided sightseeing that are on a budget.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at WanderOn in Gurugram. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, offering executive support, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in preparing and managing expense reports
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
