Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) at TalentXpert's Bengaluru location. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing Visualforce Pages, Salesforce.com Development, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce.com Administration, and other related tasks.


Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Mandatory to have experience with at least 2-3 Enterprise level Service Cloud projects. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities, including case management, knowledge base, service console & other capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and tools
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer)
  • Knowledge of integration with other systems and APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
