Budgeting and Forecasting:

  1. Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to anticipate future financial outcomes.
  3. Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure adherence to budgets.

Financial Reporting:

  1. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors.
  3. - Implement and maintain robust financial controls and compliance procedures.

Investment Analysis:

  1. Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including acquisitions, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree of Finance & Accounting, 8-12 years in Finance & Accounts (FP&A)
