At the core of this universe are bold, funny, and highly shareable YouTube videos and shorts. These aren’t just uploads — they’re the foundation of an expanding digital world where players, viewers, and creators all come together.


And now, we’re looking for a story producer who can help shape that world — one video at a time.


Your Responsibilities


  • Produce engaging stories
  • Create video intro’s
  • Pitch new video idea’s


Your Output Responsibilities (Must be done at all costs)


  • 1 story cut per week (Converting recorded footage into a first draft edit with a very compelling story)
  • 5 edited intro’s per week
  • 2 approved ideas per day (Long-form)
  • 2 approved ideas per day (Short-form)


Your KPI’s


  • + 60% retention on each new video
  • + 70% end of intro retention
  • + 11% clickthrough rate on new idea’s 


Your Weekly Schedule (Full-Time Job)


Monday


  • Focus on first draft story cut
  • Finalize 2 approved idea’s (long + short form)


Tuesday


  • Focus on first draft story cut ; finalize briefing for extra shots that needs to be filmed and send for approval
  • Finalize 2 approved idea’s (long + short form)
  • Analyze data and learn from it in team


Wednesday


  • Write 5 approved intro scripts
  • Finalize 2 approved idea’s (long + short form)


Thursday


  • Finalize 5 approved intro edits
  • Finalize 2 approved idea’s (long + short form)


Friday


  • Finalize 1 approved story cut
  • Finalize 2 approved idea’s (long + short form)
