About the company:

1Fi, short for OneFinancial, is an innovative investment platform for the new-age investor. 1Fi enables its users to earn returns of equity while enjoying the peace of mind of fixed deposits. 1Fi offers two financial products - Mutual funds investment and Loan against mutual funds, a combination of which allows users to invest for the long run without ever worrying about liquidity.


To put it simply, we invest customers' capital in diversified buckets of curated high-return equity mutual funds (tailored to each customer) and extend them a line of credit at only 8% p. a. which can be used whenever the customer needs to incur a large expense.


Responsibilities:

As a Co-Founder, you will work alongside the existing founder(s) to drive the vision and growth of 1Fi. You will be a key decision-maker, responsible for shaping the product, scaling the business, and driving overall company strategy. This role requires a mix of entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.


Qualifications:

  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset
  • Professional experience: At-least 3 years of professional experience in highly accomplished positions
  • Domain Knowledge: At least a basic understanding of investment platforms, mutual funds, lending against securities, and the financial services industry
  • Leadership Skills: Experience building and leading teams, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to align initiatives with business goals and make data-driven decisions
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong passion for fintech, innovation, and building products from the ground up
  • Education: A very strong educational pedigree from top institutes of the country (Top business schools like IIMs, ISB, top technology institutes like IITs, NITs etc., CA, CFA etc.)
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience will be a plus


Compensation:

  • Being a co-founding role, this is an equity-based role with the potential for salary once the venture is funded
  • Compensation will be competitive with market standards
