We will review your application and revert back if it matches the required criteria.Role : Senior Quality Assurance ManagerExperience : 10-16 yearsLocation : Ahmedabad/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Mumbai/ChennaiKey Responsibilities:Analyse existing quality processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement Project AuditsDevelop, document, and implement process improvements aligned with business goals and industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, production, quality assurance) to drive quality initiatives.Monitor and report on key quality metrics and process performance indicators.Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.Provide training and guidance to team members on quality processes and best practices.Assist in the development of quality documentation, SOPs, and workflows.Utilize data analysis tools and software to generate insights and support decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelors/master’s in engineering/IT/Computers with experience on above mentioned areas10+ years of total proven experience in Quality Process and 5+ years as Quality LeadProfessionally matured enough to work/drive initiatives independently and add valueStrong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), process mapping, and process improvement methodologiesProficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
