Jackrabbit LX is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Customer Success Specialist to drive our marketing efforts while ensuring that clients are successful with our products and services. This role is ideal for someone who can craft compelling marketing strategies, execute across multiple channels, and help manage client relationships. The Marketing, Sales & Customer Success Specialist will work closely with our team to enhance our visibility in the market and ensure client satisfaction.
This is a hybrid role combining responsibilities in marketing, sales, operations, and customer success. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, generate new business, and ensure our customers receive world-class support.
What does the Marketing & Customer Success Specialist do?
Content Creation & Writing
- Produce high-quality marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and search rankings.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain a consistent brand voice and eliminate errors.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing).
Social Media Management
- Create and curate engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and interacting with the community.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
Customer Success & Support
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through the setup and implementation process.
- Provide ongoing support to address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Develop and execute strategies to retain customers and reduce churn rates.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain and organize important documents and records.
- Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide general administrative support to facilitate daily operations.
What knowledge, skills, and experience will help you do the job?
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, and customer success roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation, including video and audio editing
- Experience with post management on social media platforms, content management systems, CRM software, and common administrative tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with different team members and departments.
