Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DRHP preparation and successful IPO execution, with the ability to steer the company through complex financial, regulatory, and compliance landscapes while driving growth and shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities

IPO & Capital Market Readiness

  • Lead end-to-end financial preparation for IPO, including coordination with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.
  • Oversee DRHP preparation, review, and filing with SEBI and stock exchanges.
  • Ensure compliance with all SEBI, Companies Act, and listing regulations.
  • Manage due diligence processes, roadshows, and investor communication.
  • Develop capital-raising strategies, including equity, debt, and alternative financing.

Financial Strategy & Governance

  • Drive overall financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong governance, internal controls, and reporting frameworks to meet public company standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to ensure business scalability.
  • Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board on business performance, risks, and opportunities.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business leaders to align financial goals with operational strategy.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of meeting public company requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison with auditors, regulators, investors, and analysts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in high-growth industries.
  • Proven track record of leading DRHP drafting, IPO launch, and post-listing financial management.
  • Deep knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, IFRS/Ind-AS, and stock exchange compliance.
  • Strong relationships with investment bankers, regulators, and investor communities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
