Job Title: Field Sales Executive


Company Overview:

Gopani Product Systems is seeking a high-performing Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating product features and benefits to prospects and clients.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input for product and service improvements.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Represent Gopani at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and grow the client base.
  • Travel within Ahmedabad to meet customers and prospects in person.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in filtration, chemicals, pharmaceuticals equipment manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai region.
