Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sr. Business Development Manager specializing in US Staffing and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing). The Sr. Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the US staffing industry.


Qualifications

  • Experience in US Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
  • A proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the US staffing industry and its trends
  • Experience in IT and Manpower services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
