As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Demand Generation, Field Marketing, B2B & Account based marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute field marketing programs in China and other APAC markets (Singapore, Indonesia, etc)
  • Coordinate the activities of global cross-functional teams for local impact
  • Work comfortably and cohesively with the globally distributed sales and biz dev team
  • Create strong local relationships with regional partners, professional associations and trade groups
  • Manage multiple activities, obligations and projects with ease
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our business lines, customers and value proposition, communicate them clearly and effectively
  • Bring local and regional insights to the global marketing team – and optimize global initiatives to local and regional conditions and audiences


What you should bring :


  • BA/BS degree from a top-ranked university or college. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, MBAs all a plus. Or, impress us with a combination of education and related experience.
  • 10+ years of field marketing experience in any of the following arenas – B2B software or technology products, specialized business or professional services (including management consulting, IT services, BPO services)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in process, campaign and program management
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Must have creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, high energy and unflagging determination
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent oral, writing and editing skills are always in demand
