Job Description :Designation: Service EngineerDepartment: ServiceExperience: 2 to 4 YearsLocation: Ahmedabad/VadodaraEdu. Qualification: ITI/BE/B.Tech - Electonics/ElectricalRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponds to customer complaintsEvaluates and resolves problems of the customerAssists in installing the equipmentAnalyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demandsWorks alongside with technical sales engineersOffers customer training for the productRepairs, tests and maintains equipmentMonitors performance of the productMaintains product manualsProvides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requestsDevelops and maintains relations with customers; reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future referenceMakes recommendations to maintenance technicians and offers feedback on product development, features and functions.Required Candidate profileProven Work experience on servicing Fiber Laser Cutting Machine.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills must be possessed by all service engineers.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to relay the problem and solution to customers and top management.
