Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned SEO/SEM Specialist to develop and execute strategies to improve our website's visibility and ranking on major search engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization, paid search campaigns, and online marketing.


Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement web-based marketing strategies and campaigns through our company website

- Conduct keyword research and analyze performance data to optimize our website and campaigns for maximum ROI

- Collaborate with web development, design, and content teams to optimize SEO and enhance our company's web presence

- Expand our company's online presence through web advertising, backlinks, and influencer partnerships

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing

- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends and identify opportunities for improvement

- Analyze web traffic metrics to boost our web presence and improve SEO

- Drive website traffic by assisting in the creation of SEO-optimized content

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consulting

- Keep up to date with audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns

- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency

- Work with various content formats, including blogs, videos, and podcasts, to engage our audience

- Execute innovative collaborations across technologies and platforms

- Identify advertising needs and create integrated, cost-effective digital strategies

- Manage inbound marketing, PPC, AdWords, and SEO strategies

- Assist in budget preparation for marketing campaigns

- Research competition, analyze benchmarks, and provide improvement suggestions


Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in SEO/SEM, online marketing, or a related field

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and optimization techniques

- Experience with keyword research, paid search campaigns, and analytics tools

- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement

- Strong communication and project management skills

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks

- Familiarity with social media platforms and online advertising channels

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
