Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support to key departments on various contractual matters.
- Draft, vet, negotiate, and review a diverse range of agreements (both domestic and international) and independently manage contracts from start to finish.
- Offer guidance on intellectual property laws and stay updated on the latest regulations impacting the business.
- Interpret contracts, advising the business team on legal responsibilities and obligations.
- Develop and revise templates for standard agreements to streamline legal processes.
- Conduct thorough legal research, keeping abreast of changes in applicable laws, and assess their impact on business operations.
- Advise management on regulatory compliance and implement necessary changes.
- Create compliance checklists and conduct audits across relevant departments to ensure adherence to legal standards.
- Maintain a comprehensive contract database and legal repository, handling administrative tasks such as bundling, filing, and ensuring document accuracy.
- Manage consumer complaints and litigation end-to-end, including drafting petitions, document review, preparing briefs, organizing case files, and overseeing timely filings and responses. This may involve court visits and providing necessary logistical and administrative support.
Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM in Law
Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant experience

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and a solid grasp of legal knowledge and its practical application.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Skilled in using legal research tools and case management software.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
