Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM, business analysis, and process optimization. With 7+ years of experience, the successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Salesforce Customization & Configuration: Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and reports.
- Solution Design: Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business processes and objectives. Provide recommendations on best practices for implementation and process improvements.
- Project Management & Coordination: Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management. Ensure successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong communication with business stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth collaboration and understanding.
- Salesforce Integration: Support integration of Salesforce with other systems, tools, and platforms, ensuring data flows seamlessly between systems.
- Training & Documentation: Develop user training materials and provide on-site training sessions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Salesforce environment, processes, and configurations.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure continuous optimization of Salesforce processes and features.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce AppExchange.
- Process Mapping & Improvement: Strong experience in process mapping, requirements analysis, and process optimization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) is a must; other certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
- Tools & Technologies: Experience with Salesforce Development Tools, Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- On-Site Requirement: Ability to work on-site (in-office) and collaborate directly with teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware tools).
- Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Apex, Visualforce, Process Builder, Flow).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing shifting priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
