As a Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring the success of your team.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Operational Oversight:

  • Take full accountability for end-to-end recruitment operations, from requirement gathering to selection.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to client SLAs and company policies, maintaining high levels of service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.

Recruitment Support:

  • Support the team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, especially for critical or challenging roles.
  • Leverage recruitment tools, job boards, and networks to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients and the team.

Strategic Contributions:

  • Identify potential opportunities for expanding client partnerships or new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, technology adoption, and recruitment strategies.


Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a track record of leading teams or projects.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in client management and team coordination.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT, healthcare, BFSI, Etc,.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
