We specialize in Sheet Metal Pressing and Forming, Fabrication, Component Assemblies, Tooling, Powder Coating, and Plating solutions. Our expertise in design, development, manufacturing, and testing allows us to deliver cost-effective and high-quality products.


Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled In-House Tally Specialist to optimize our use of Tally ERP 9 across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training employees, integrating data systems, ensuring comprehensive data entry, and automating MIS routes. This role is crucial in eliminating the use of Excel and maximizing the potential of our Tally ERP system.


Key Responsibilities:

Tally Integration and Optimization:

  • Fully integrate Tally ERP 9 across both plants into a single, unified system.
  • Ensure all data entry, including maintenance records, is done exclusively through Tally.

Training and Support:

  • Train all employees on the effective use of Tally ERP 9.
  • Develop and implement training programs to eliminate reliance on Excel.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Tally usage, highlighting any non-compliance.

Data Flow and User Desk Setup:

  • Understand and map the data flow within the organization.
  • Create a data flow chart and identify optimal locations for user desks.
  • Set up user desks and train employees accordingly.

Team Management and Reporting:

  • Build and lead a team to analyze reports and data requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely generation of required reports.

MIS Automation:

  • Automate the MIS reporting process to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure MIS reports are accurate, comprehensive, and timely.

IT and Server Management:

  • Be proficient with IT systems and server management related to Tally ERP.
  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the Tally system.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience with Tally ERP 9, including setup, integration, and optimization.
  • Strong IT skills, including server management and computer proficiency.
  • Excellent training and communication skills.
  • Experience in a small to mid-sized auto component manufacturing company is a plus.
  • Ability to create and manage data flow charts and user desks.
  • Expertise in generating and automating MIS reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and build a team for data analysis and reporting.
