Purpose : To establish, monitor & report building project’s schedules with the objective of managing accurate, detailed schedules for current and upcoming project execution, procurement, subcontract & tendering purposes including of controlling and tracking all project progress against planned and generating and monitoring of tender programmes.
Job Location - Mumbai / Gurgaon
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 to 18 years Exp.
- Experience in High rise building construction is a must (must have worked with reputed civil contractor firm / main contractor)
- Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6
- Familiar in preparing baseline schedule, tracking, monitoring, including cost and resource loading.
- Familiar with contracts, claim procedure, EOT, Time impact analysis.
- Well verse in reporting documents daily, weekly, monthly, and look ahead schedules, revenue tracking.
- Recording Risk register, events, and notification as required.
- Client / consultant interface and preparing inputs and submission timely.
- Internal and external stakeholders' coordination.
