Key Responsibilities:
● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Media Operations Executives/Ad Operations Executives to achieve team goals and objectives. Provide guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster professional growth and development.
● Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of
satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs, deliver customized solutions, and drive revenue growth.
● Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, from planning and setup to optimization and reporting. Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives, delivered on time, and meet performance targets.
● Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for clients. Leverage data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and achieve client KPIs.
● Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of service delivery. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and excellence across the team.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and technical support, to address client needs and drive business growth. Provide input and feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
● Performance Management: Monitor team performance against key metrics and KPIs, identifying
areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
● Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance team skills, knowledge, and capabilities in media operations, ad operations, and client management. Promote a culture of learning and professional development within the team.
Key Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in media operations, ad operations, digital advertising, or related field with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
● Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
● Deep understanding of advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and optimize advertising strategies.
● Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, preferred.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
