About the role:


This is a newly crafted role designed to be a part of the larger deal support team and with a focus on supporting the partnerships & alliances and analyst & advisory relations function.


Responsibilities

Work with the head of partnerships & alliances and analyst & advisory relations function and liaison internally with the stakeholders for the same

Work with the functions’ leadership to own winning RFIs and design solutions working with the SMEs and own the customer references prep and support final briefing to address and respond to various RFIs/RFPs from clients and prospects

Engage with the stakeholders internally for planning briefings/inquiries with the analysts and advisors and track the summary for next actions.

Oversee the competitive insights for updating leaders on the market trends

Work with the account managers and sales teams to understand eClerx requirements and craft tailored solutions that demonstrate value and competitive differentiation and own capability

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends that can enhance the solutions offered by the company


Performance Metrics:


Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of solutions efforts-Milestones-invitations to the new assessments, custom projects and analyst commentary generated, planning for promoting the reprints performance and deal interventions

Prepare insights report for the consumption of executive leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities


Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering). A practical MBA is a plus

Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in technical roles, including solution engineering, software development, or related areas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders

In-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and emerging technologies


Key competencies include :

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical contributions

Proven track record of designing and delivering successful technical solutions to customers

Business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
