Urban Money is currently present in over 100 locations in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Uttarakhand, India. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role entails developing business strategies, promoting services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsExperience in developing business strategies and achieving sales targetsFamiliarity with the financial services and loan advisory industryAbility to manage operations and ensure compliance with company policiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldProven experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services sectorAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
