Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at The SearchBerg. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our agency and lead the management of social media accounts for our clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging the latest social media trends, creating engaging stories and reels, editing videos, and developing innovative content concepts to elevate our client's online presence.


Qualifications

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of our fashion brand clients.
  • Create captivating and visually appealing content, including stories, reels, videos, and static posts, that aligns with brand aesthetics and resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media trends, features, and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into our clients' social media strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience demographics, and translate these insights into effective social media campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely engagement with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze key social media metrics and performance data to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance our clients' social media presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and content creators, to produce high-quality visual assets and multimedia content for social media platforms.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement for our clients' social media campaigns.
