Job Summary:

The Director of the School of Business Management will lead the department, providing visionary leadership and academic excellence. This role includes curriculum development, faculty recruitment and development, research initiatives, and fostering industry partnerships to enhance the school's reputation and student employability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  • Recruit, mentor, and support faculty members, promoting research and teaching excellence.
  • Enhance the School's visibility and reputation nationally and internationally.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with businesses and alumni for research, internships, and employment opportunities.
  • Manage the School's budget, resources, and infrastructure to support academic activities.
  • Ensure accreditation standards are maintained and exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Proven academic leadership experience in a higher education institution.
  • Strong record of teaching excellence and scholarly research.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in curriculum development and academic program accreditation.
