Primary Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Calling potential clients or leads to introduce products or services, answer initial queries, and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Identifying which leads are genuinely interested and have the potential to convert into customers.
- Follow-Ups: Keeping track of warm leads and scheduling follow-up calls to nurture their interest.
- Sales Support: Assisting in the sales process by providing information, addressing questions, and supporting the sales team.
- Record-Keeping: Maintaining call logs, customer information, and lead statuses in CRM software or databases.

- Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication is crucial for conveying information effectively and building rapport with potential clients.
