Telecaller and Inside Sales - Gurgaon



Primary Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Calling potential clients or leads to introduce products or services, answer initial queries, and generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Identifying which leads are genuinely interested and have the potential to convert into customers.
  • Follow-Ups: Keeping track of warm leads and scheduling follow-up calls to nurture their interest.
  • Sales Support: Assisting in the sales process by providing information, addressing questions, and supporting the sales team.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintaining call logs, customer information, and lead statuses in CRM software or databases.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication is crucial for conveying information effectively and building rapport with potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the product or service being sold enables better handling of objections and queries.
  • Listening Skills: Understanding customers’ needs and objections can help in tailoring the sales approach and building trust.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, Excel, and other sales tools is often required for managing leads and updating records.
