Job Description:


We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Sales Executive with robust experience in B2B sales and a demonstrated history in the industrial training sector. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about embracing new technologies, particularly XR applications, and skilled at conveying their value to potential leads. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a startup environment, are adept at working within a flat organizational structure, and are committed to meeting high customer expectations.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Educate potential clients on the benefits and applications of XR technology in industrial training.

- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key business stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and tech teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

- Adapt sales techniques based on market trends and the evolving landscape of XR technology.

- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Provide feedback from the market to the product development teams to help shape future offerings.


Requirements:


- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech-driven solutions.

- Familiarity with XR technology or the ability to quickly learn and apply new tech solutions.

- Proven track record of working effectively in a startup environment with a flat hierarchy.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
