Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Media Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience in media planning, with expertise in utilizing various media tools, handling new business projects, and some hands-on experience in managing all media channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Utilize industry-leading media tools and platforms to conduct research, analyze data, and identify strategic opportunities for media placement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and clients, to ensure alignment of media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Lead new business projects, including pitching media strategies to potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
  • Monitor and optimize media campaigns to ensure optimal performance and delivery of KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new media opportunities to continuously enhance media planning strategies.


Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in using media planning tools such as Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate media strategies effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing successful media campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, media landscape, and best practices.
