About the Role

The Head of Administration will lead the administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing administrative functions within a reputable educational institution.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of administrative departments, ensuring smooth coordination between various functions.
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with institutional guidelines.
  • Support the Principal and leadership team with strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and administrative audits in collaboration with the finance team.


Qualifications

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Management, or in a related field.


Experience

At least 10 years of experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.


Skills

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a strategic mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Team Management.
