Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Sales Manager at Karan Pipes in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets set by the company.


Qualifications

  • Sales Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
  • Should be from the hardware industry, preferably pipes.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Achievement-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Should be able to handle a sales team of more than 15+ Salesman
  • Will be able to bring in a fresh team of salesman and build a strong team
  • Knowledge of the pipes or construction industry is a plus
  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
