Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Sales Manager at Karan Pipes in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications
- Sales Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
- Should be from the hardware industry, preferably pipes.
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Achievement-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Should be able to handle a sales team of more than 15+ Salesman
- Will be able to bring in a fresh team of salesman and build a strong team
- Knowledge of the pipes or construction industry is a plus
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
