Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Human Resources Generalist at Open Mind Services Limited located in Gurugram. The Associate Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for executing day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling benefits administration.


👩‍💻 Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Filling high volume open positions within organization.
  • Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage the interview process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards.
  • Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.
  • Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders.
  • Releasing offer letter and follow ups for joining from the prospects.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding activities for new hires.

Salary Negotiation Expertise:

  • Skilfully negotiate competitive compensation packages with potential hires.
  • Manage salary related concerns for existing employees.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee our company's social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create engaging posts about birthdays, company events, tech awareness, and other relevant content.

Culture Building and Employee Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
  • Organize office celebrations, fun activities, and employee encouragement programs.
  • Organise R&R and appreciation programs.

Compliance and Payroll Administration:

  • Ensure adherence to salary structures, taxation, provident funds, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Managing attendance and leave data.
  • Sharing payroll input with payroll team.
  • Assist in creating invoices for our valued customers.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, with a strong background in salary negotiation.
  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
