Job Description


As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy implementation and coordination with different parties. Our goal will be to ensure that our organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. 


Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Onboarding: 

  • Must be proficient in recruitment of technical IT roles. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.  
  • Source, screen, and select candidates using various recruitment methods. 
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process, including extending job offers. 
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews.


HR: 

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs. 
  • Address employee concerns, complaints, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. 
  • Maintain employee records, leave records and HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment. 
  • Assist in managing employee disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans. 
  • Identify training needs and assist in developing training programs. 
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies. 
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures. 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. 


Coordination: 

  • Coordinate between different delivery centers of INFOYA  
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with various departments, preparing orientation materials, and assisting new hires with paperwork and training 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
