About us: We are a 9+ year-old IT Consulting & Services firm specializing in Digital Transformation, serving predominantly US-based clients.Current Size: 680+ associates across Pune, Bhopal, Hyderabad, with a growing US presenceGrowth Trajectory: 40%+ CAGR, targeting 1,500 associates in the next 4 yearsStructure: Matrix organization spanning Sales, CSM, Delivery, and PracticesCulture: Distinguished by industry-leading practices such as continuous performance management (no bell curve), ESOP-based wealth creation, and strong employee engagementLeadership: A senior leadership team with 20+ years of experience each from global IT services firmsFuture Aspiration: Scale globally, strengthen our employer brand, become investor-ready, and ultimately aspire to ring the bellQualifications & Experience:MBA/PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute.15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.Proven track record as Head of HR for a large BU or organization of 500+ associates.Experience partnering with BU Heads ($25M+ P&L) or CXO-level leaders.Strong exposure to IT/Technology Services; additional experience in Product/GCC is desirable.Should be open to working from the office 5 days a weekExpertise across Talent Strategy, Talent Management, Talent Operations, and Talent Acquisition.Key Responsibilities:Talent ManagementDrive organizational culture and employee engagement.Manage induction and onboarding for faster productivity.Nurture talent through Learning & Development (L&D), including SLDP.Create a performance-driven culture and meritocracy.Lead leadership development programs and succession planning.Enhance employer branding and industry recognition (e.g., GPTW).Talent OperationsEnsure smooth execution of HR processes with minimal grievances.Drive data-driven decision-making through effective systems and metrics.Oversee payroll and HR-finance processes to enhance Employee Self Service (ESS) experience.Strategic HR LeadershipDesign and implement an integrated HR strategy, roadmap, and operating model.Partner with the CXO layer and act as a buffer between management and leadership.Manage HR budgets and ensure cost effectiveness.Support investor readiness and represent HR in leadership forums.Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer branding.
