Our team spans across India, Germany, the USA, Australia, China, Albania, and Turkey, united by a shared goal: driving sustainability in the textile industry. We’re now looking to expand our Customer Support Team in India


What You Can Expect:

·        Managing and supporting an international customer project remotely.

·        Assisting with account management for additional global clients.

·        Engaging directly with customers in English.

·        Taking ownership of your own projects with full responsibility.

 

Your Qualifications & Strengths:

·        A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or a related field.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Initial experience in project or account management.

·        Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and the textile/fashion industry.

·        Strong analytical thinking with a structured, independent approach to work.

·        A proactive attitude, quick adaptability, and the ability to handle complex processes.

·        Proficiency in written and spoken English.

·        Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
