We have a requirement for Quality Lead for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. Please find below the job details:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, and procedures. Lead quality assurance and quality control efforts for products and processes.
  2. Develop and enforce QA/QC protocols to meet compliance and quality standards. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and testing to ensure adherence to specifications.
  3. Identify areas for improvement within processes and products. Analyze data to recommend and implement process optimizations.
  4. Lead, coach, and mentor QA/QC team members to build strong quality competencies. Facilitate training sessions on quality standards, regulatory compliance, and testing protocols.
  5. Set team goals, conduct performance evaluations, and manage team workload. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure quality requirements are integrated into processes. Communicate quality objectives, issues, and performance data to stakeholders and management.
  6. Act as a liaison for customer or external audits and respond to feedback effectively.
  7. Ensure proper documentation of quality processes, procedures, and test results. Maintain accurate records and prepare quality reports for internal and external stakeholders. Generate reports on quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement progress.
  8. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.). Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporates them into quality practices Participate in internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Skills/Competencies Required:

  1. Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
  2. Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods
  3. Excellent communication and listening skills Good technical and IT skills.
