Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics and Operations Head to oversee daily courier dispatch operations and client coordination. The ideal candidate will manage logistics processes efficiently, maintain basic communication with clients, and ensure timely deliveries through various channels, including Blue Dart and other mediums.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily courier dispatches to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to confirm delivery details and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and address any delays or issues proactively.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to track shipments, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Prior experience in logistics and operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in shipment tracking and client communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
