We do provide both Domestic and International freight forwarding services.
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in international markets, focusing on generating profitable sales leads.
**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
**Solution Selling**: Develop a deep understanding of our logistics services and present comprehensive solutions that align with clients' business objectives, adding value to their supply chain operations.
**Negotiation & Contract Management**:Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international clients to secure profitable deals. Manage and oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
**Collaboration & Coordination**:Coordinate with operation, accounts management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
**Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
**Sales Reporting**: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.
**Client Visit**: Conduct on-site client visits on regular basis to understand their logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits as required.
