The organization designs and delivers engineered systems and integrated solutions for pharmaceutical and allied industries, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, safety, and long-term operational excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Manager with a strong focus on tradeshows, conferences, and industry engagements to lead marketing initiatives for a global pharmaceutical engineering and process solutions organization. The role is pivotal in planning, executing, and maximizing impact from global and regional exhibitions, technical conferences, and customer forums, while strengthening positioning across multiple technology and solution portfolios. The ideal candidate can seamlessly translate complex engineering capabilities into compelling on-ground brand experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesTradeshows, Conferences & Industry Engagements (Primary Focus)Own the end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshows and conferences, including CPhI, PMEC, Interphex, ACHEMA, and region-specific pharma eventsDefine event objectives aligned with business priorities for the organizational portfolios, including lead generation, brand visibility, and strategic account engagementWork closely with sales and leadership teams to curate booth concepts, demos, narratives, and customer engagement journeys at eventsDevelop event-specific technical communication assets such as brochures, application notes, case studies, product films, and live demo contentCoordinate with engineering and product teams to translate technology narrative into clear customer value propositionsManage all vendor interactions related to events, including booth designers, fabricators, AV partners, logistics teams, and event organizersPlan and execute pre-event and post-event campaigns, including emailers, LinkedIn outreach, CRM lead nurturing, and follow-up dashboardsTrack and analyze event ROI, footfall quality, lead conversion, and post-event pipeline impactSupport technical seminars, user meets, plant visits, and closed-door customer conferences as part of brand’s relationship-building strategyEnsure brand consistency and premium positioning across all physical and digital touchpoints during eventsBroader Marketing Responsibilities (Also Part of the Role)Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies beyond events, aligned with sales and business growth objectivesLead product and solution positioning for OSD and bioprocessing offerings across marketsOwn creation and governance of core marketing collaterals, including corporate presentations, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and videosDrive digital marketing initiatives such as LinkedIn thought leadership, website content, SEO, email campaigns, and marketing automationWork closely with CRM teams to support lead management, nurturing, and pipeline visibilityManage external agencies for branding, digital marketing, PR, content, and creative executionSupport internal communication and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and leadershipMonitor overall marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, and present insights to senior managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Life SciencesMBA in Marketing, Pharma Management, or International Business from a reputed institutionExperience7–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical machinery, process equipment, capital goods, or automation solutionsUnderstanding of GMP compliance, pharma manufacturing technologies, and regulated industry dynamicsPrior experience in managing international marketing efforts, technical content strategy, and channel/distributor engagement is highly desirableCandidates from pharma engineering organizations, tradeshow & exhibition marketing operations, capital equipment brands, or industrial B2B environments will be strongly preferredKey SkillsStrategic marketing and brand developmentTechnical storytelling and campaign planningTradeshow and conference strategy, execution, and ROI optimisationOn-ground event marketing, booth experience design, and stakeholder engagementDigital marketing (LinkedIn, SEO, paid media, CRM integration)Vendor and agency managementExcellent written and verbal communicationAnalytical thinking and performance trackingTeam collaboration across technical and commercial functionsWhat You GetOpportunity to work with a globally respected engineering brandHigh-impact role with regional marketing ownershipCross-functional collaboration and visibility with senior leadershipProfessional growth in an innovation-driven environmentCompetitive, industry-aligned compensation commensurate with experience and role impact
