Job Title: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialistš Location: Work from Home š¼ Employment Type: Full-Timeš§ Reports To: Founder & Digital Marketing Manager ā AdsOnline.caš§ Apply at: support@adsonline.caš About AdsOnline.caAdsOnline.ca is a fast-growing AI-powered digital marketing agency based in Toronto, helping businesses generate high-quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Automation.We specialize in data-driven strategies that help local and national brands dominate their online presence ā and weāre looking for a passionate SEO Specialist to join our hybrid team.š” About the RoleAs an SEO Specialist at AdsOnline.ca, youāll be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, rankings, and leads for our clients across various industries.Youāll collaborate closely with our content, design, and paid media teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable growth.This role is hybrid, allowing flexibility to work remotely while spending 2ā3 days a week at our Toronto office to collaborate with the team and brainstorm creative ideas.āļø Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and conversions.Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, schema, internal links, URLs, etc.) for SEO best practices.Manage off-page optimization, including backlink building, outreach, and digital PR.Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl, indexation, and Core Web Vitals issues.Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure all assets align with SEO goals.Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing data-driven reports and recommendations.Stay updated on search engine algorithms and emerging SEO trends, including AI automation tools.š§ Qualifications5+ years of SEO experience (agency experience preferred).Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and WordPress/Shopify.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting technical issues.Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.ā Nice to HaveExperience with Local SEO & Google Business Profile optimization.Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, and Frase.Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and content marketing strategies.š° What We OfferRemote Work from HomeCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Exposure to AI-driven marketing & automation platforms.Opportunity to work with diverse clients and industries.A collaborative, creative, and growth-oriented work culture.š© How to ApplySend your resume, portfolio of SEO results (ranking reports, case studies, or analytics dashboards), and a short note about your experience to:š§ support@adsonline.ca Subject: Application ā SEO Specialist
