Job Title: Content Developer

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality content across various platforms. You will collaborate with animators to develop engaging training videos that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and informative content for websites, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Write and edit copy that aligns with our brand's tone, style, and messaging.
  • Research industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

Content Management:

  • Manage and update content on internal websites and process documents.
  • Ensure content is published on time and meets quality standards.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels on process and technical updates.
  • Utilize various training methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences, including e-learning platforms and classroom instruction.

Collaboration:

  • Work with developers, the training team, the Bizapps Team, and other stakeholders to produce multimedia content and enhance user experience.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Quality Assurance:

  • Review and proofread content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Maintain a content calendar to keep track of deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain.
  • Proven experience as a Content Developer, Writer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of published content (including writing samples).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in Electrical Engineering and EV Technology.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
