Quest For Success (QFS) is a growing edtech preparing Students for Study Abroad Exams such as SAT & AP and also helping Students with their college application process. In addition we also provide tutoring for various International curriculum such as IB & IGCSE.


A Social Media Content Developer is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to the company’s website or other digital assets. The role requires creativity, an understanding of social media trends, and a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to create compelling content that aligns with the brand's voice and effectively communicates its message.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation and Development:
  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.
  • Design content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software to create visually appealing graphics.
  1. Social Media Strategy:
  • Assist in developing social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content differentiation.
  1. Community Management:
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Foster a positive and active online community by initiating conversations, creating polls, and hosting live events.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with tact and escalate when necessary.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for future content and strategies.
  • Use data to optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversion.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other external partners for content creation and promotion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.
  1. SEO and Digital Marketing Integration:
  • Ensure social media content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and integrated with overall digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize paid social advertising strategies to boost content reach and engagement when necessary.
  • Develop strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
  1. Content Optimization and Management:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Test new content formats and strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Continuously improve content based on audience feedback and performance analytics.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Developer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their algorithms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with social media advertising and paid content promotion.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of emerging social media trends and tools.
