**The Role**

We are seeking a talented **Scriptwriter **to craft engaging and humorous stories for our YouTube gaming content. In this role, you will have the creative freedom to develop scripts for 30-minute video stories, translating to approximately 6000 words per script.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Write Scripts**: Create captivating and humorous scripts suitable for a young audience, aligning with our gaming content theme.
- **Consistency and Creativity**: Maintain a consistent output of scripts while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- **Independent Work**: Work independently under the guidance of a manager to meet project deadlines.

**Who You Are**
- **Experienced**: At least 2 years of scriptwriting experience, particularly in the YouTube domain.
- **Creative and Fast**: A natural flair for creative storytelling with the ability to work swiftly and efficiently.
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working solo, you bring enthusiasm and dedication to each project.

Compensation and Benefits
- **Salary**: ₹30,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 per month.
- **Bonuses**: Earn quarterly bonuses up to ₹200,000.00 based on performance.
