Title: Service Mapping Expert for ServiceNow

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Mapping Expert who will be responsible for overseeing the full-scale implementation of ServiceNow, particularly focusing on service mapping, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of business application terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Service Mapping, starting from initial setup to final deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow Service Mapping functionalities according to project requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of service maps to ensure accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow Service Mapping post go-live, including troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Service Mapping, offering guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full-scale implementation of ServiceNow Service Mapping, preferably in enterprise-level environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configurations, and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of business application terminology and IT service management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
