Position Title: Technical Head – Architect Level



Job Summary:

The Project Manager at the Architect level will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects while also playing a key role in designing the overall architecture of solutions. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills and deep technical expertise. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the required quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project objectives are met.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

3. Design and oversee the architectural framework for projects, ensuring that it meets the technical and business requirements.

4. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all project activities are aligned and synchronized.

5. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.

Ensure that all architectural decisions are documented and communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

Manage relationships with vendors, clients, and other external partners, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

6. Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.

Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies, applying them where appropriate to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree.

2. Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale IT projects.

3. Strong background in solution architecture, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

4. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.

5. Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

8. Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship building.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
