Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, search engines).
  • Manage and grow the agency’s and client's social media presence.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms.

  • Address client queries and feedback promptly.

  • Daily tracker sheet updates and helping internal stakeholders with the relevant required information.
  • Lead multiple digital marketing initiatives across channels, within given timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.
  • Ensure the budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
  • Optimizing Ads, Revenue, and Marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Conceptualizing & managing consumer research & strategic surveys – developing cost-effective means of driving continuous feedback loops through digital/social tools.

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and analyze campaign performance.
  • SEO/SEM campaign ideation, planning and execution along with monitoring web traffic metrics.


Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Candidate should have between 3-5 years of experience in end to end management of performance marketing across Paid Social channels.
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and advertising across major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Should have some experience in Google 360.
  • Strong analytical abilities, highly organized, detail-oriented.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, YT Analytics, Facebook Creator Studio, Google Ads Manager, etc.
  • Experience in managing multiple ongoing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple lead-generation campaigns.
